The Site

The 10-acre (4-hectare) Canal Corridor North site is bounded by Stonewell, Moor Lane, the Lancaster Canal, Alfred Street and St Leonard Gate in Lancaster city centre.

Principally in the ownership of Lancaster City Council and Mitchell’s, the site has been identified by the council for an extension to the city’s retail and leisure amenities.
