Castle View :: Lancaster :: Canal Corridor North site redevelopment

Castle View is the working title for the proposed development of the Canal Corridor North site in Lancaster.

The site is formed by the triangle of land bounded by Stonewell, Moor Lane, the Lancaster Canal, Alfred Street and St Leonards Gate.

Centros is Lancaster City Council’s preferred developer for the site. The company specialises in working in partnership with local authorities and other land owners to deliver the regeneration of sites in town and city centres throughout the UK, and has won a number of awards for its work.

REVISED PLANS
Centros has now published its revised plans for the proposed extension of Lancaster city centre. The new plans have been changed in response to consultation following the submission of the first application last year. Numerous changes have been made including and the addition of nearly 20% more homes in the scheme.
