About Centros

In April 2005, Centros was granted preferred developer status by Lancaster City Council for the Canal Corridor North Site. The site was previously identified by the council for an extension to the city’s retail and leisure amenities.

Centros, an urban regeneration specialist, aims to create a high-quality mixed-use development to enhance the existing leisure and cultural facilities, provide additional town houses and residential accommodation, and add a variety of retail facilities to complement the existing city centre.

Having completed the materplanning process, Centros’s development team has now put together a detailed design of the scheme, which has now been submitted for planning permission.
